• Fill up the Reservation / Enquiry Form and on receiving your reservation form Our Team will inform you on your confirmation status with a price / quote for your tours / transfers within an hour to 1 business days (sometimes it might take 3 days if there are holidays falling on that week or weekend).
  • In order to handle your enquiry or reservation efficiently, please provide detailed information such as Flight details, Date & time and Passenger details Name list in full, no. of passenger (adult / child), number and size of luggage.
  • Please get quote for the tours or transfer destinations not listed.

Deposit / Payment

  • Once the tours or transfers are confirmed, we will send you an invoice & email containing a link where you can choose to make your payment by Credit Card (Master / Visa / Amex & etc.) or Wire Transfer with other details for your tours or transfers.

  • A deposit 25% to 50% (depending on the tour / transfer booked) from the total cost or full payment is required to secure your booking and the balance must be paid on / before the date we assign later. (An email containing a deposit / payment link will be sent to you once we have confirmed your booking with an invoice attached).

  • If deposit amount less than MYR300, full settlement is required.

  • All rates published in our website is nett & correct, after submitting the reservation form, please process to the deposit., we have clearly stated what the guest should do or not.

  • The invoice will show the exact rates of the tours or transfer service (if there is a discount for the tour booked, it will show in your Invoice), what you have seen in our website. It won't be any different from what we have published.

Payment via PayPal will be based on Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) for Credit Card issued by Malaysia banker.

Payment via PayPal will be based on US Dollar (USD) for credit card issued by foreign banker.

Payment via PayPal will carries a 4.0% e-commerce charge & MYR 5.00 (service charge) will be applied.
